Terms of Service
The rules for using Auno, written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we’ll explain.
On this page
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of Auno’s website, apps and integrations. By creating an account or using Auno, you agree to them. If you use Auno on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away at security@auno.ai if you think someone else has access. You need to be at least 16 to use Auno.
3. Your content
You own everything you bring into Auno, including docs, messages and files from the tools you connect. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run Auno for you and your team.
We don’t sell your content, and we don’t use it to train models for anyone else.
4. What Auno does for you
Auno can read, draft and act in the tools you connect. It only acts when you, or rules your workspace has set, approve it. You’re responsible for the actions you approve, so check important work before it goes out.
5. Using Auno fairly
Don’t use Auno to break the law, harm others, send spam, reach data you don’t have rights to, or try to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. If prices change, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before.
7. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may close accounts that break these terms. Either way, you can export your content for 30 days afterwards.
8. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Auno reliable, but it’s provided as is. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using Auno after that means you accept the updated terms.
