Account details like your name, email and company. The content Auno needs to do its job, from the tools and channels you connect. And usage data, like which features you use, so we can make Auno better.

To run Auno for you, keep it secure, help you when you ask and improve the product. We use your content only to do work for your team, never to train models for anyone else.

Auno only sees what you can already see, and only in the tools, channels and folders you connect. It never reads your direct messages or private channels unless you invite it in.

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers that help us run Auno, like hosting and payments, under strict agreements, or when the law requires it.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Inside Auno, access is limited to the few people who need it, and every access is logged.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your content within 30 days, apart from anything we must keep by law.

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from your settings, or by emailing privacy@auno.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, and we’ll honour them.

We use a few essential cookies to keep you signed in, and optional ones to understand how the site is used. You can turn the optional ones off at any time.

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and tell you before the change takes effect.
