Why we stay small and why it keeps us fast
A few senior people, fully remote, and every one of them shapes what Auno becomes.

People are often surprised by how few of us there are. That’s on purpose. We think a small team of senior people builds better software, faster, than a large team ever could.
Fewer handoffs, better work
Every handoff loses a little context. When the person who designs a feature also talks to the customers who need it, nothing gets lost in between. Ironically, that’s exactly the problem Auno solves for bigger teams.
“We build Auno the way we hope our customers will use it: less explaining, more doing.”

Remote, and written down
We work fully remote across time zones, so writing is how we think and decide. Proposals, decisions and launches all start as a short doc, which keeps everyone in the loop without a single status meeting.
Growing carefully
We’ll keep hiring, slowly and deliberately. If that sounds like a team you’d like to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.
